Born and raised in Conroe, TX, Adriana Flores has always focused on customer service and caring for others. Whether she was at home or working at Kohls or Shoe Carnival, she loved to take care of her customers and ensure they left happy.
Adriana’s passion for helping others extended into her personal life as well as her professional career. When a loved one needed a caretaker, she was always the first of her siblings to volunteer. When a friend introduced her to UCC owners Buck and Terri, she realized she had found her true calling in the elder care field. She loves building friendships with the residents, providing the love and care they need, and leaving a positive impact on everyone she helps.
When she’s not at work, Adriana loves to spend time with her family and attend her 9-year-old’s baseball and soccer games.
Julie graduated from the Joe G Davis Vocational Nursing Program in Huntsville, TX and received her nursing license in 1994. Her 25 years of experience in nursing work has primarily focused on caring for the elderly, with 15 years dedicated to Home Health for senior citizens. Her experiences on the job include case management, new hire training, wound care, venipuncture, Alzheimer’s management, and providing instruction to families and caregivers about proper elder care. She has always loved caring for assisted living residents as though they were her own family, and her passion earned her three consecutive Nurse of the Year awards from a previous employer.
Julie has been friends with UCC owners Buck and Terry for over ten years and has always admired their reputation in the eldercare community. Her job at Unlimited Care Cottages feels like the natural progression of her career to continue providing top-notch care to homebound seniors and assisted living residents.
When she’s not working, Julie loves spending time with her fiance, her son, and her three dogs. She also loves to travel and experiment with new foods and new experiences everywhere she goes.
