Happy New Year from Unlimited Care Cottages

It is so hard to believe that we are already closing another year and looking forward to a new one again! 2016 has been a wonderful year for us here at Unlimited Care Cottages! We would like to take a moment to pause and reflect on the year behind us while looking forward with great excitement for the year to come.

With that in mind, here’s a look at 2016 with Unlimited Care Cottages:

Candace Estes- Assited Living DirectorWe got to know our new Assisted Living Director. Although officially hired in November of 2015, Candace has become an integral part of our team this year. She brought with her a background in long-term care and a love and passion for serving. Our residents and staff have enjoyed getting to know Candace in 2016 and know she looks forward to continuing to serve you in 2017.

Gardening for Seniors at Unlimited Care Cottages

Our residents received a new vegetable garden this year. In April, we added an additional vegetable garden. Knowing about the many benefits of gardening for seniors and seeing how much pleasure the caregivers and residents took in their gardens at Cooper Cottage, Buck and Terri made it their mission to expand by planting a new vegetable garden.

cooper We opened our new Memory Care Cottage.  Unlimited Care Cottages is now providing memory care with our first Certified Alzheimer’s Cottage.

This cottage is located in the Woodlands/Spring area and offers a secure environment for those dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s.
